Principals

Maurice Dubois
     Maurice graduated from Trinity University, San Antonio, with a BS in Homebuilding. During the 1970s he designed and built several hundred custom homes in central Iowa. He got his Iowa real estate broker’s license in 1975.
     He and his family moved to the DFW area in 1979 where he built custom homes during the early 1980s. He has been a real estate broker in Texas since 1981.
     Maurice did extensive remodeling and residential “flipping” from the 1980s through the early 2000s.
     Maurice has authored and published a number of real estate books, beginning with Sold by Owner (McGraw-Hill, 1988).

Barbara Dubois
     Barbara graduated from the University of North Texas with a BS in Home Economics with an emphasis on interior design. She was part of the Iowa homebuilding business, helping buyers with decorating and accessory selection; she continued to be involved in the business when the family moved to the DFW area.
     She got her Texas real estate license in 1980 and soon thereafter her broker’s license. Her specialty is helping buyers find the perfect home.

John Dubois
     John graduated from UT Arlington with a BS and MS in Architecture. He got his Texas real estate license in 1992. While he’s involved in the real estate business, most of his time is devoted to the design of high end homes, both new construction and remodeling.

Our staff
     Our staff is composed of a number of dedicated individuals, all of whom work online. We believe in personal service, so our clients work directly with Maurice or Barbara; that means we work with a limited number of clients at any one time.
